Our Company:
Litigation Assist Limited was established in February 2020 by a team of highly experienced professionals, our Company Registration Number is 12467464 and our offices are based in Holborn in central London in very close proximity to the High Courts.
We provide expert assistance in high value/complex Civil Litigation disputes both in the UK and also in most of the other major international jurisdictions as well as providing funding/case financing solutions for Commercial Civil Litigation disputes/claims, our services in the majority of instances are usually provided on a "No Win- No Fee"
basis of engagement.
We also act as claims administrators and facilitators for claims made by businesses against Energy Brokers for the miss-selling of Energy contracts - fuller details of our scheme is set out under the "Our Services"
section of this website as per the heading above.
We have established very close working relationships to a wide range of expert legal advisers and funding sources that provide both expert advice and case funding facilities for Civil Litigation cases, some of these case funding facilities are provided on an exclusive basis to Litigation Assist Limited and are not available to or via any other parties.
Litigation Assist Limited enjoys exceptionally close professional working relationships with many of the leading Civil Litigation Solicitors, prominent sets of Barristers Chambers, Barristers/KC's and Civil Litigation Case Experts/Expert Witnesses.

In accordance with our original intentions and expectations for the company, we have successfully secured formal and exclusive engagements on various individual Civil Litigation claims/cases and claims schemes emanating from both the UK and internationally with combined case values currently being in excess of £60,000,000.
Litigation Assist Limited also holds an equity position within an addition Special Purchase Vehicle ("SPV") which was established to provide both case funding and legal expertise for a non-issue of exploration license matter against a Europen Government Agency, this case is currently valued in excess of E142m in value.
Our Directors and senior Management team have obtained a wide range of experience within both the Civil Litigation and other professional sectors and have enjoyed working in very executive positions including at senior Director levels for well known Financial Institutions, UK Government Agencies, The British Broadcasting Corporation ("The BBC") Lloyd's ("Lloyd's of London") Insurance Brokers, Lloyd's Underwriting Agencies, Lloyd's Underwriting Syndicates, Lloyd's Managing Agencies UK Building Societies and Hospital Trusts as well as helping to establish and develop what is now generally regarded as one of the largest providers of financing in the world for Civil Litigation case funding requirements.
Our staff members include an "In-House" KC Barrister who was the former Head of Chambers of a prominent set of Barristers Chambers as well as the former Managing Director of a Lloyd's ("Lloyd's of London") Insurance Broker that specialised in legal indemnity insurance as well as an FCA qualified Accountant.
