Robert Pugh F.AF.M. M.I.P.M
Robert is considered as one of the leading management Directors in the UK, having gained over 40 years of top level Director and management experience both within and outside of the financial services arena, including appointments within the British Broadcasting Corporation ("The BBC") with his roles including: Head of Finance and Personnel BBC Television News, Controller BBC Television, Head of Administration BBC Northern Ireland, and ultimately as General Manager BBC Television.
Robert has directly addresses the NATO Civil Emergency Committee and has lectured extensively on business affairs as well as advising various companies, Financial Institutions and overseas Governments as to the advantages of using finance or case funding in order to advance Civil Litigation cases.
Robert has also been a Director of both the Bradford and Bingley Building Society and a Director of the the Hendon Building Society and was the Chairman of Sorts Aid Foundation.
Stephen Allen
Stephen has gained considerable expertise in the fields of technical, administration and the complete service requirements on high value/complex Civil Litigation case matters both in the UK and in most of the other major international Jurisdictions.
With in excess of 40 years of direct experience, Stephen has directly overseen and administered claims for many hundreds of millions of Pounds (and/or equivalent in other currencies).
After commencing his career as the Claims Manager for CitiBank/CitiCorp, Stephen has also held a number of extremely senior positions (including at Managing Director and co-owner levels) within Lloyds Insurance Brokers that specialised in providing legal indemnity insurance as well as establishing and co- owning two internationally based Insurance Brokers.
Stephen has acted for client's from a wide range of businesses and professions, including well-known Fortune 500 Companies (including American Express), International Stock Exchanges (including The Johannesburg Stock Exchange), International and domestic Stock Brokers, Banks, Financial Institutions, Fund Managers, Finance Brokers, Lloyd's Insurance Brokers, Lloyd's Underwriting Agencies, Insurance Companies, Insurance Mutuals Professional Trade Associations and Government Agencies.

John Freudenthal FCA
John is a specialist Financial and Management Accountant and has gained considerable experience form many senior roles both within the Financial Services profession (including for Lloyd's Insurance Brokers, Lloyd's Syndicates and Lloyd's Underwriting Agencies), and for various UK Government Agencies and Hospital Trusts, with his positions usually being as the Director of Finance or as the Financial Director.
John is also currently an elected full committee member and a past Vice President of the London Society of Chartered Accountants ("
The LSCA")
John's additional roles for the LSCA includes many successes in directly mentoring both Graduates and Trainees to obtaining their full Chartered Accountants qualifications for the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales ("
ICAEW")
